Review multilingual AI outputs and provide structured, objective feedback as part of OneForma’s Independent Quality Assurance team. You’ll assess work across summarization, text composition, and visual content generation using detailed project guidelines.
About this project
Lighthouse is an ongoing quality assurance program. Reviewers examine work produced by third parties, identify recurring error patterns, and document clear recommendations that help improve output quality.
What you’ll do
- Review summarization, text composition, and visual content generation outputs.
- Apply structured rating criteria consistently and impartially.
- Identify error trends and prepare concise reports and improvement suggestions.
- Complete time-bound reviews accurately and follow detailed client guidelines.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in the language and location selected in your application.
- Strong written English for understanding guidelines and preparing reports and summaries.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and online communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- A laptop or personal computer, phone, and headset.
Preferred experience
- Experience with summarization, text composition, visual content generation, annotation, or data collection.
- Experience reviewing judgment-based tasks, creating reports, or identifying error trends.
Project details
- Location: Remote within the eligible locations listed in the application selector.
- Time commitment: 20–30 hours per week.

Compensation
Compensation is calculated at a fixed hourly rate. The rate shown on the OneForma platform depends on the language and location you select.
