Description
We are looking for physicians with strong clinical reasoning skills to support a specialized AI-related project involving the review of clinical tasks created from sample, de-identified longitudinal electronic health record (EHR) data.
As a reviewer, you will carefully examine clinical vignettes and their supporting records to assess medical accuracy, completeness, and quality of clinical reasoning. This is not a rapid labeling task: the project requires thoughtful review, attention to detail, and clear clinical justification for your assessments.
All work is completed remotely through OneForma’s secure annotation platform. No connection to an external EHR system is required.
What you’ll do
For each assigned case, you may be asked to:
- Review a clinical vignette against the supporting de-identified EHR record.
- Identify inaccurate, unsupported, or missing clinical information.
- Assess whether the proposed answer is medically correct, sufficiently specific, and suitable for evaluation.
- Determine whether an alternative answer represents a reasonable but incorrect clinical choice.
- Review the clinical reasoning for logical gaps, contradictions, or unsupported conclusions.
- Document your findings, level of confidence, and clear clinical justification.
- Flag cases that may require review by another specialty or senior adjudication.
- Participate in an initial calibration process before completing reviews independently.
Who we’re looking for
This project is intended for physicians and medical domain experts who can demonstrate strong clinical judgment and carefully evaluate complex medical information.
To participate, you must:
- Have physician-level medical expertise.
- Be comfortable reviewing longitudinal clinical records and clinical reasoning.
- Be able to provide clear, evidence-based justification for your assessments.
- Have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently.
- Be proficient in English (United States).
- Currently reside in the United States.
