About This Project
You will review their email inbox and share complete e-commerce order lifecycles (“order sets”) associated with a single online purchase. All submitted order sets must be in the native language of the target country to ensure authenticity and relevance for the study. An order set typically consists of multiple related emails, such as an Order Confirmation, Shipping/Tracking Notifications, Delivery Notifications, Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, Order Modifications, or Order Issue communications. The submitted samples will be used to support AI training and evaluation.
Why This Work Matters
The collected samples will support the training and evaluation of AI models designed to better understand and process common online shopping communications.
Requirements
- Currently living in Egypt or the U.A.E.
- For the Arabic – Egypt locale: currently living in Egypt is completely fine
- For all other locales listed: you must be from that specific country, currently living in the U.A.E., and able to upload U.A.E.-related e-commerce emails in that locale’s required language (for example, English – United Kingdom: UK people currently living in the U.A.E. can upload their e-commerce emails from U.A.E.-based retailers in English)
- Ability to access and share e-commerce emails from the categories listed above
- Basic computer and email skills
- Willingness to complete the task following project guidelines
