Identity verification is not required to create a OneForma account, but many jobs require it before you can apply. Completing it early can make more suitable jobs available to you.

When Verification Is Required

OneForma can show identity verification under Next Steps, in your profile, or during a job application pre-check. A required application cannot continue until verification succeeds or a pending review is approved.

What To Prepare

• A valid government-issued identity document accepted for your country.
• A device with a clear, working camera for the document and selfie checks.
• Proof of address if the verification flow asks for it.
• Profile information that matches your legal documents.

Timing And Validity

The platform guide estimates about 3 minutes for a straightforward submission. Some cases require manual review. A successful verification remains valid for 18 months, after which OneForma may ask you to verify again.
