Participating patients diagnosed with Prediabetes or Diabetes type 1 or type 2 will answer survey questions and submit 3 voice recordings per request.

As an additional (optional) task, participants can submit 2 images: one of their diabetes prescriptions and one of the medications they are currently taking (as listed in the prescription).

 

Purpose:

The purpose of the project is to gather a comprehensive dataset through a health study

Main requirements:

  • Patients over the age of 30
  • Male or female
  • Patients are diagnosed with either Prediabetes or Diabetes type 1 or type 2
  • Willing to give informed consent and sign ICF
  • Must be located in India, and fluent in en (US)

 

Other important information:

Exclusion criteria:

  • Under 30 years of age
  • Unable to speak, read and write in English.
  • Diagnosed with gestational diabetes
