Data Collection

Description:

Participants will be asked to record videos displaying people, pets and objects (such as appliances) in action.

Purpose: The videos will be analyzed  and used to help improve the technologies involved in smartphone cinematic features.

Main requirements:

  • You are between 18 and 64 years of age
  • You are currently based in or near Redmond/Great Seattle Area
  • You are willing to commute to the designated indoor or outdoor locations (e.g. office building, library, campus, shopping mall, etc.)
  • You feel comfortable on camera
  • You feel comfortable performing the simple required action for the videos (e.g. look to the right, walk away from the camera, speak to a friend, etc.)
  • Opportunity to earn extra by participating with your pets/friends/family/kids (6-17 years old)

Other important information:

  • You must be willing and able to participate in the Study procedures described in the Consent (Informed Consent Form will be required)
