How To Understand Picture Rejection Due to Full Categories

Have you ever uploaded pictures for a project only to find they’ve been rejected because the category was full, even though it didn’t appear full at the time of upload? This can be a confusing and frustrating experience, but there’s a practical explanation behind it.

Understanding the Review Process

At OneForma, every picture submitted by our OneFormers undergoes a manual review by our dedicated Project Managers. This meticulous process ensures that only the best and most relevant pictures are accepted for any given project category.

Why Your Picture Might Be Rejected

In some instances, you might upload a picture to a category that seems to have space, but it still gets rejected. This situation typically occurs when multiple users submit pictures to the same category at the same time.

If there’s only one spot left in the category and two valid pictures are submitted at nearly the same time, the picture that was uploaded even a millisecond earlier will be accepted and the other will be rejected.

While this scenario is rare, it is a possibility given the real-time nature of submissions and the manual review process. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are continually striving to enhance our systems to provide a more seamless and transparent experience for all OneFormers.
