If you have questions regarding outstanding payments for projects you’ve worked on, we’re here to help.

But first, we’ll need you to reach out to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. What project did you work on? Specify the project or projects you’ve contributed to. This helps us track your involvement and the work you’ve completed.
  2. When did you work on it? Let us know the timeframe during which you worked on the project. Dates are important for us to verify your active participation and calculate the payment due.
  3. How much are you owed? Share the amount you believe you are owed. If you have a record of the agreed payment or any pending invoices, please include that information.
  4. Who was your Project Manager? List the name and contact information of the Project Manager you reported to. This allows us to confirm project assignments and streamline communication.
  5. What is your preferred payment method? Tell us your preferred method of payment. We aim to accommodate your needs, whether it’s PayPal, Payoneer, or other available options.

The sooner your provide us with these details, the sooner we can start investigating the missing payment. We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to ensuring that all financial matters are settled promptly and accurately.
