Why Was My Registration Suspended?

This can happen for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to: unusual network behavior, repeated attempts from the same device, or inconsistencies in submitted information. 
 
What you can do: 

  • Use your personal device and a valid, accessible email address. 
  • Ensure you’re connected to a stable, private internet network. 
  • Avoid public or corporate networks. 
  • Only one account per person is allowed.  Please avoid registering more than two accounts per household. 
  • Do not use any tools or services that spoof your identity, location, or device details. 
  • Double-check all registration details before submitting.
