Certification Types
Certifications are divided into three types: · For Job Certification: Certifications required by the job you are applying for — they are part of the application process and must be completed during the application; · Public certification: A public list of certifications on the platform, matched to your Native Language and Spoken Language as defined in your Profile — available for you to study and complete at any time; · Private certification: Certifications you have been specifically invited to complete by a Recruiter — only visible to invited users.
Certification Categories
Certifications are categorized by skill domain: Language Proficiency, Writing Quality, Translation Accuracy, Audio Transcription, and more.
Test Rules
Each certification has a defined time limit (15–90 minutes) and passing score (typically 75–85%). Tests cannot be paused once started — please answer in a focused, stable environment.
Allowed Attempts
Most certifications allow approximately 3 attempts. Passing within the allowed attempts completes the certification; failing all attempts marks the certification as failed. In special circumstances, contact a Recruiter to request additional attempts.
Read Certification Statuses

| Passed | Certification passed. Eligibility for related jobs has been unlocked. |

Survey Types
Surveys are divided into the following three types: · For Job Survey: Surveys required by the job you are applying for — they are part of the application process and must be completed during the application; · Public survey: A public list of surveys on the platform — you can freely browse and choose to participate in surveys of interest; · Private survey: Surveys specifically assigned by a Recruiter — only visible to invited users.
Survey Card Information
Each survey card shows the topic and estimated completion time (in minutes) so you can quickly assess whether to participate.
Answer carefully: Some surveys include attention checks. Inaccurate or low-quality responses can affect future survey eligibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I start certain certifications required by a job?
Some jobs require multiple certifications with a defined completion order — they must be completed strictly in sequence. Only after completing the previous certification can you unlock and start the next one.
What happens if I don't pass a certification required by a job?
If you fail a required certification and have used all allowed attempts, you will not be able to apply for that job or any other job requiring that certification. Please take the study materials and tests seriously. In special circumstances, contact a Recruiter to request additional attempts.
Can I take certification tests on a mobile phone?
The platform supports mobile access, but for tests involving audio playback, labeling, or long-form writing, we strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience.
Which certifications should I prioritize?
Prioritize certifications listed as required (Required Certifications) for jobs you are interested in. Language Proficiency certifications have the widest applicability — complete these first.
Can I pause a certification test midway?
No. The timer cannot be paused once a test has started. Please confirm stable internet, a quiet environment, and sufficient time before starting (see the estimated duration shown on the test page).
Will survey data expose my personal information?
No. Your responses are provided to the survey initiator in anonymized, aggregated form. Personal identity information is not disclosed, and all data processing follows the OneForma Privacy Policy.
