How to Resolve Login Issues for Your OneForma Account

Encountering login issues can be frustrating — but most access problems have simple solutions. This guide walks you through the most common issues and how to fix them.

Check Your Login Details

Before anything else:

  • Make sure you’re using the correct primary email address linked to your OneForma account.
  • Double-check that your password is entered correctly (watch for typos or extra spaces).

If you’re unsure about your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

Important: OneForma can only be accessed using your primary registered email address.

Common Login Issues & How to Fix Them

1. My Credentials Don’t Work

  • Try logging in again using your primary email address.
  • Reset your password using the “Forgot Password?” link.

2. I Don’t Know My OneForma Account Details

  • First, try resetting your password on the login page.
  • If you’re still unable to access your account, contact OneForma Support to request your registered ID number and email address.

3. I Can’t Login with My Email Address

  • Make sure you’re using your primary email address.
  • Reset your password if needed.
    Note: Your primary email address cannot be changed. If you need assistance, please contact OneForma Support.

4. The Platform Says I Have Two Profiles

  • This message usually means multiple profiles may be linked to your email.
  • Try logging in with your primary email address.
  • Reset your password if necessary.
    Note: If the issue continues, contact OneForma Support for assistance as the primary email address cannot be changed.

Important Note

  • All platform notifications are currently sent only to your primary email address.
  • Email customization per project is not available at this time.
  • Your primary email address cannot be updated.
