In project Lighthouse 3 project, your work supports the development of more inclusive and culturally diverse AI technologies. By annotating and labelling native-language text, you help ensure that AI systems better understand real language use across different regions and cultures.

HOW IT WORKS

Annotate and label native-language text by following clear, structured guidelines.

Participants will work remotely to:

• Identify themes, sentiments, categories, and other linguistic features in text.

• Apply client-provided annotation and labeling instructions with precision.

• Perform self-checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Provide feedback to support process and quality improvements.

All tasks are completed by following detailed guidelines provided by the project team. Consistency, attention to detail, and timely task completion are essential.

TASK TIME & EARNINGS

Earn competitive pay for approved annotation tasks.

This is a paid, task-based project with a weekly commitment of 20–30 hours. Participants must meet availability requirements and complete the required onboarding and qualification steps before starting production.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

Main Requirements

Native speakers оf Russian.

You must be physically located ouside of Russia.

Good level of English to understand guidelines and communicate with the project team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks without loss of quality.

Able to work independently, stay organized, and follow time-bound instructions.

Minimum availability of 20–30 hours per week.
