Sagittarius – QA
Description:
In this project, native speakers will perform labeling and reviewing tasks.
Participants will help improve how AI understands real customer communications by analyzing speech and identifying Numbers, Alphanumerics, Phone Numbers, Currencies, Dates, Times, Units of Measurement, URLs, Social Media, Addresses. They’ll review and appropriately edit the designated utterance in our Webapp to ensure that the sentences comply with the required standards.
Participants will also verify whether the language of the utterances is natural and conforms to native language expressions, and if the utterances meet the specified requirements. They’ll edit and correct any utterances with issues, and identify utterance categories.
Purpose:
This project will improve how AI understands real customer communications.
Main Requirements:
- Being a native speaker of one of the target languages (see list)
- Uploading your CV in OneForma
- Passing the locale certification with a score of 80 or higher
- Having a minimum availability of 4 hours per day
