Description:
This is a remote annotation project focused on labeling short text segments extracted from real call-center interactions between customers and agents. The labels will capture valence (positive/negative feeling), arousal (intensity of emotion), and specific emotional categories.
Purpose:
The project aims to support improvements in AI sentiment analysis, thereby enhancing the quality of sales calls and customer experience on call centers.
Main requirements:
Applicants must have native proficiency in Korean or Japanese.
