What to Do When Your Account Is Flagged for Suspicious Behavior

There are a few reasons why your account may have been flagged for suspicious behavior. Sometimes, however, our team will have already investigated the suspicious activity and manually corrected the issue. Before reading any further try these three steps:

  1. Log out.
  1. Clear your browser cache.
  1. Log back in and see if the issue persists.

If that doesn’t fix the issue, then one of the following may be true:

You Have Multiple Accounts

OneForma policy forbids having more than one account. If you were caught using multiple accounts, they may have been disabled, meaning you will no longer be able to access OneForma.

We Detected Your Use of a VPN

Using a VPN to pretend to be somewhere you’re not is strictly forbidden. If you were caught using one, your account may have been disabled, meaning you will no longer be able to access OneForma.

You Have Multiple Accounts and Are Using a VPN

If you were caught both using multiple accounts and using a VPN, your may have been disabled, meaning you will no longer be able to access OneForma. This is fraud and you will be banned from accessing OneForma.

You Were Using an Active Proxy or Bots

Our system incorporates advanced cybersecurity technology and is capable of detecting when you use an active proxy or bots. Both practices are strictly forbidden. If you were caught using either, your account may have been disabled, meaning you will no longer be able to access OneForma.”
