As you continue to work within the OneForma platform, you’ll occasionally receive requests for information from OneForma Support. This is a normal part of the process and nothing to worry about.

Compliance with Trolley Support Team Requests 

Sometimes, Trolley, our payment processing partner, might reach out for additional information. Here’s what you need to know when that happens: 

  • Timely Response: Respond to requests from the Trolley support team as quickly as possible. 
  • Required Information: Provide all the information requested to facilitate the payment process. 
  • Consequences of Delay: If you don’t provide the requested information within the deadline, two things will happen. Your payment will be rejected and sent back to OneForma, and Trolley will consider blocking your account.

Be sure to keep an eye on your account just in case Trolley ever reaches out asking for more information. The last thing you’ll want to do is lose access to a great payment processing tool.
