How to Troubleshoot Payment Issues

Having trouble receiving your payment? Let’s figure out what might be going wrong and how to fix it.

Inactive Payoneer Account

If your Payoneer account isn’t active, we can’t send money to it. Please check that your account is up and running and linked to OneForma. If your OneForma account is still linked to an old Payoneer account that you don’t use anymore, we’ll need to update that. Get in touch with us at [email protected], show us your ID, and a screenshot of your active Payoneer account with your name on it, and we’ll help you switch to the right one.

PayPal Payment Limits

There’s a yearly cap of $300 for PayPal payments. If you’re planning to earn more, you’ll need to switch to Payoneer. Just remove your PayPal details from your account and link your Payoneer information instead. We’ll handle the rest.

Minimum Payment Threshold

We can’t process payments under $10 USD. If you’ve earned less than that, don’t worry—your earnings will roll over to the next month. Once you hit that $10 mark, you’ll get your payment in the following payment cycle.

No Payment Information on File

We need your payment details to send you your money. Make sure you’ve added either PayPal or Payoneer (recommended) to your account. Until we receive your preferred payment information, we won’t be able to send you your hard-earned cash. And, if your currency is CNY, please add your bank card as required and fill out the account information completely.
