What If I Haven't Received Training on My Approved Project?
At OneForma, we offer all of our OneFormers the necessary training you’ll need to do the best work you can do. Sometimes, unfortunately, things can get in the way. But don’t worry, this guide should help you get the training you need.
Contact Your Project Manager
If your application has been approved but you haven’t received any training materials or instructions, it’s important to reach out to your Project Manager immediately. They’ll provide you with the necessary training resources or inform you about the training schedule.
You Should Not Start Working Until After Completing the Training
You’re not expected to start working on any projects until after you’ve completed all the required training. This ensures that you’re fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the project.
Of course, that means you will not be penalized for not delaying the start of the project while you wait for your Project Manager to provide the necessary training.
