If you’re unable to access the web apps or they’re not accepting new pictures, it’s likely that the category you’re trying to contribute to is already full. This situation occurs when the quota for submissions in a specific category has already been reached.
What You Can Do
If you believe that there might be an error or if the situation seems unusual, the best course of action is to reach out for clarification. Contact your Project Manager directly, using the contact information provided in the welcome email you received when approved for the project.
Your Project Manager can then provide insight into why you’re experiencing these issues and offer guidance on what to do next. They’ll be able to tell you if the category is indeed full or if there’s another issue at play. They can also advise you on alternative categories or projects where your time and effort are still needed.
