How to Resolve Over-the-Phone (OTP) Verification Issues

Receiving Error Messages During OTP Verification 

Capture a screenshot of the error and email it to [Email], along with your complete phone number (including country and area codes). This information is crucial for us to diagnose and address the problem quickly. 

All Login Attempts Have Been Used Without Successful Verification 

If you’ve used up all of your attempts, don’t worry. We can help. Contact us to have your login attempts restored. Once that’s done, you can try verifying again. Remember, following the instructions accurately is key to a successful OTP verification. 

Manual Verification Is Not Reflecting in Your Account 

If OneForma support has already manually verified your phone number but that change isn’t reflected in your account, try logging out and back in. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to cause the verification status to display correctly.
