I Need Help Understanding Payment Dates

Here’s what you need to know about getting paid:

When do you get paid?

All OneFormers get paid between the 10th and 20th day of each month. So, keep an eye on your preferred payment method account during that timeframe.

What do you need to do to get paid?

Make sure you’ve put your payment details into your OneForma account before the last day we can accept them, which is typically the 20th of the month. We call this the cut-off date. If you do this on time, you’ll get your money between the 10th and the 20th of the following month.

What if you get paid late? Sometimes, your payment might come a little before or after those dates. That’s unusual, but it can happen.

Haven’t received your money by the 25th? If you still don’t see your payment after the 25th, let us know and we’ll start looking into why. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help sort it out.
