How to set up your profile

Your OneForma profile helps match you with jobs tailored to your skills and expertise. So, the more complete and accurate it is, the better your chances of getting hired.

This guide walks you through each step to create a strong, standout profile.

Why does your profile matter?

Think of your profile as your OneForma résumé or CV. It’s a collection of information that helps the OneForma algorithm recommend relevant jobs based on your skills, experience, and language abilities. Recruiters also view your profile before assigning tasks.

  • Tip: A well-built profile can lead to more lucrative job opportunities.

What you’ll need before you begin

  • A PDF copy of your résumé or CV (optional, but recommended)
  • Details about your skills, experience, education, and languages

Step-by-step guide

  1. Complete your profile manually
Fill in anything your résumé or CV didn’t cover, including:
    • Industries you’ve worked in (Examples: IT, translation, data entry)
    • Years of experience (Pick from a dropdown menu)
    • Areas of expertise (Select up to five)
  1. Areas of interest (Want to try something new? Here’s where you let us know.)

Select your degree level and field of study. If you have more than one degree, you’re encouraged to add them all to your profile.
  1. Add your work experience
Click “Add Work Experience” to list previous jobs, or choose “I have no prior work experience” to skip this step.
  1. Add your languages
Choose up to three native languages. Add other spoken languages and rate your proficiency in each.
    • Note: You can’t list the same language as both native and spoken.
  1. Review and accept the OneForma NDA
Before moving forward, click the link to read the non-disclosure agreement (NDA). If you agree to the terms, check the box to let us know. Checking the box to confirm your agreement with the NDA is a requirement for us to keep our clients’ sensitive data secure.
  1. Click “See Jobs”
