How To Receive Direct Bank Payments Without PayPal or Payoneer (Using Trolley)

If yIf you prefer not to use PayPal or Payoneer and would like to receive payments directly to your bank account instead, that’s where Trolley comes in! 

How Trolley Works 

Trolley acts as a secure payment processor that handles transactions between OneForma and your bank account. Payments are sent directly to the bank account you specify within the Trolley section of your OneForma account.

Setting Up Trolley for Bank Transfers 

To set up Trolley for direct bank transfers, complete these simple steps: 

1. Log in to your OneForma account and find the Trolley section under your payment settings. 
2. Click Add Payout Method.
   
3. Select the Account type: Individual or Registered Business.
   • If you select Individual, then enter First and Last name and Date of Birth.
     Note: Date of Birth field is mandatory or optional depending on the selected country.
   • If you select Registered Business, then enter the Registered Business Name and optionally enter First and Last name.
4. Select Country, then enter your Address, City, Province/Region and Postal Code.
5. Scroll down to click Next.
   
6. Select your Payout Method: Bank Transfer or PayPal.
   • If you select Bank Transfer, provide all the required bank details.
     Note: The required bank information may vary based on the country you selected.
     
   • If you select PayPal, enter your email address for the existing PayPal Account and confirm the email address.
     
7. After selecting your payout method and entering all required details, click Connect Account to complete the payment setup.
8. After successfully setting up your payout method, a confirmation message will appear. Click Submit a Tax Form to proceed.
   
9. Select the relevant options in the Tax Form Selection.
10. Click Continue to proceed.
    
11. Based on your selection, you will be prompted to fill out the relevant tax form:
    • If you select “I am a U.S. Person”, you must complete the W-9 Substitute Form.
    • If you select “I am not a U.S. Person”, you must complete the W-8BEN Substitute Form.
12. Click Continue after you have filled in the required details based on your previous selection.
13. After successfully configuring your payout method and completing the tax forms, click Connect Account to finalize the setup.

Trolley is a great payment processor, making direct payments to your bank account as seamlessly as possible. Just make sure that your bank details are accurate within the payments section of OneForma to facilitate prompt and secure payments. 

Please note each payment method has their own fees – for example Trolley rate is around €3.5-€4 for SEPA transfers , and Payoneer charges a % fee – details are shown when you select your payment method.
