Why Was My OneForma Account Suspended?

At OneForma, we’re committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment for all users. 
If your OneForma account was blocked, it may be due to technical or behavioral patterns that don’t meet our current criteria. 
 
This can happen for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to: unusual network behavior, repeated attempts from the same device, or inconsistencies in submitted information. 
 

What you can do: 

• Use your personal device and a valid, accessible email address. 
• Ensure you’re connected to a stable, private internet network. 
• Avoid public or corporate networks. 
• Only one account per person is allowed.  Please avoid registering more than two accounts per household. 
• Do not use any tools or services that spoof your identity, location, or device details. 
• Double-check all registration details before submitting.
