How To Add Your Legal Full Name
At OneForma, we’re committed to maintaining accurate and verified user information to ensure a secure and reliable platform for everyone.
The Legal Full Name field is an important part of your profile and must match your official identity documents.
How It Works?
If you entered your legal full name during onboarding, this field will be locked and cannot be edited.
If you are an existing user who has not yet set this value, you will have a one-time opportunity to update it. You can update it either from the pop-up window that appears on your dashboard or from your profile section.
How To Add Your Legal Full Name:
To complete this step, follow the instructions below:
- Click the user icon located in the top-right corner of the screen and select View Profile.
- In your profile, select the About section from the left-hand panel to view its details.
- Click Edit to update the relevant information in that section.
- Locate the Legal Full Name field in your profile.
Note: Enter your name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID. If your ID (passport, national ID, etc.) shows your name in English, enter it in English. If your ID is in another language, use that same language format - Click Save to confirm your entry.
