Deciding to delete your OneForma account is a significant step—and we’ll be sad to see you go. That said, we understand that sometimes our OneFormers need to move on. We’re here to help you through the process of account deletion. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Navigate to Your Profile
- Log in to OneForma and navigate to the “Profile” section.
- Click “Security and Privacy”
- Click “Delete Account”
- Read the pop-up message, and click “Confirm”
- Open your registered email and confirm deletion.
Additional Considerations
Completing the three steps above will being the process of permanently removing your account and all associated data from the OneForma system. But, before you go, there are a few things you’ll want to consider:
- Data Removal: Account deletion is irreversible and all deletions are final. All your data, including project history and payment information, will be permanently erased and you will no longer be able to access it.
- Pending Transactions: To avoid any complications, make sure all pending transactions or payments are completed or canceled before deleting your account.
DISCLAIMER: If you have pending payments, you WILL NOT be able to delete your account. This is a measure that we have taken to ensure that you always receive your money, regardless of your decision to keep on working with us or not. You will have to wait until you receive your final payment in order to delete your account.
If you wish to delete your account regardless and waive your rights to your pending payments, please email [email protected] and our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Reactivation: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you’d like to use OneForma again in the future, you’ll need to create an entirely new account. If you ever wish to resume your work at OneForma, you will have to start from scratch. For that reason, if you are unsure or you simply don’t have the time to work on OneForma at the moment, but are planning to come back at some point, we recommend you do not delete your account, so as to save your progress – such as experience, certifications, etc.
Note: You cannot delete your account when you login through mobile. You must be logged in on a computer and not a mobile or tablet device to initiate account deletion.
