RedWing – User Experience Evaluation (Medical Domain)

Description:  

We’re seeking practicing physicians to join as consultants supporting the RedWing Copilot initiative.  

Participans will: 

• Provide clinical insights and feedback on RedWing usage and workflows.  

• Participate in user experience evaluations and product feedback sessions.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ambient documentation tools.  

Support testing and validation of AI-driven extensions for clinical documentation. 

Purpose:  

This project is part of a broader mission to transform clinical workflows using ambient AI and voice technologies. 

Main Requirements: 

• Active clinical practice in both ambulatory and inpatient settings, with at least 50% of time spent seeing patients.  

• Affiliation with a healthcare organization or practice supporting 10+ specialties.  

• Current user of DAX Copilot or RedWing within your healthcare organization.  

• Familiarity with EPIC EHR and exposure to non-EPIC systems.  

• Access to Microsoft 365 (M365) tools.  

• Ability to commit 20 hours/month to consulting activities.  

• Preferred Specialization as below: Cardiology, Endocrinology, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Oncology 

Compensation: 

Participants will receive $200 per hour of work.
