Description:
Participants will review interactions between sellers and AI-powered Agents to ensure every response is clear, accurate, and fully compliant with platform policies, ensuring sellers get the right support every time. All contributors begin by evaluating a variety of seller questions and AI responses. As you demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and familiarity with platform guidelines, you may gradually be assigned more complex scenarios—such as those involving seller account nuances, policy references, or detailed instructions related to calculations and platform navigation.
Purpose:
This project aims to improve AI-related technologies.
Main Requirements:
- Being based in Japan or the USA
