Description:  

This is a paid in-home user research study in which participants will be asked to record themselves performing a variety of daily home activities. 

• We’ll bring our recording devices to your home and show you how to use them  
• You’ll self-record a variety of daily home activities—like cooking, cleaning, workouts, and self care—over 1–2 days in different light settings.  
• We’ll record a home walkthrough during the day, and you’ll do another at night for lighting contrast.
• Recordings must be filmed in both the daytime and nighttime. 

Purpose:  

The data gathered from this study will help improve artificial intelligence and computer vision in real-world scenarios. 

Main Requirements: 

• Households with one or more adults (18+) and adult co-participants such as friends, partners, or roommates (all participants must consent)  
• Important: minors under 18 are not allowed to be recorded visually or with audio.  
• Must be comfortable operating recording devices independently – we’ll walk you through how!  
• Must be comfortable keeping a simple journal of completed daily tasks over 1-2 days.  
• Instructions and support will be provided. 
• All recording will be indoors, and any type of residence (apartments, townhouses, houses) qualify. 
• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV, or the Greater Seattle Area 

Payment Rate:
