What does this involve?
Bring your mates together, have one normal English chat of at least two minutes, and record it on one phone, wherever you already are. You submit it through OneForma, and the payment for the whole group is made to you.
Who gets paid, all of us?
The payment is made to you, the group leader, in USD via Payoneer or PayPal. Each mate's share is shown on this page, and passing it on is your responsibility. Agree the split before you hit record.
How many people do I need?
Three or four in total, including you. A group of four is what the project needs most, and it pays the most. Everyone records together, in one conversation, on one iPhone.
What do I get for bringing the group together?
Your own recording payment, plus a leader bonus that grows with the size of your group. A full group of four always pays the most, and the total shown above already includes the full bonus. The exact figures for each group size are in the payment section above. On top of it, you are paid $25.00 for every new group leader you refer, once you complete the referral form and their group's recording passes review. A rejected recording does not qualify.
Do my mates need to sign up as well?
No. You are the only one who needs a OneForma account. When you set the group up you enter their details yourself, so your mates do not sign up, create an account, or fill anything in. All they need to do is turn up and talk.
Do we need a specific iPhone?
Any iPhone works. One phone records the whole group. Just make sure it captures clear audio and runs a recent version of iOS.
How many people can join?
Four per recording, including you. Groups of three or four are what the project needs, and four pays the most.
What should we avoid talking about?
Don't share personal information: real names, addresses, or financial details. Use made-up names if you're telling stories. Keep it natural and conversational.
What happens to our recording?
