We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Delivery Team in general, in the management and development of AI Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators, and other team members.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the final quality of delivery files by performing different linguistic and technical checks.
  • Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns in delivery files and fix them.
  • Ensure daily communication with the Department Lead to know project status and set priorities.
  • Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
  • Ensure the quality of Centific’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements.
  • Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.
  • Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes, and business goals.
  • Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.
  • Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven linguistic background, knowledge in Translation, Philology, Linguistics or similar.
  • Experience managing projects or as a translator/reviewer.
  • Technical curiosity and you have worked in different technical environments.
  • Ability detect and solve any potential issues of diverse natures.
  • Advanced user of Excel and text editors (Word, LibreOffice, etc.)
