We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona to support our Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of Localization and Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators and other team members.

Your Role And Responsibilities:

Support to Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of Localization and Data Services Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators and other team members.
Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
Ensure the quality of Pactera EDGE’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.
Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of Localization and Data Services.
Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise:

Experience supporting Project Managers and Delivery Team of data services (such as data or image collection, annotation, grading, etc.).
Fluent in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong multicultural skills.
Ability to work in a global environment with different working cultures.

Contract type: Permanent, Fulltime.
Location: Flexible, Hybrid at Barcelona office
Work hours: Fulltime (40 hrs/week).
