Description:

During this paid study, participants will monitor and record different health metrics during a set period of time and share the results with OneForma. On this occasion, we are studying sleeping patterns and how they affect our everyday lives. Therefore, frequent nappers are ideal.

This project is divided in two parts:

During the first one, participants will attend a screening in our office in Redmond (WA), where they will be instructed on how to complete the project.
During the second part, participants will apply what they have learned during the screening, over a period of time, in order to obtain the desired results.

Purpose:

Thanks to this project, we will improve the quality, accuracy and general performance of AI technologies focused on the enhancement of health studies.

Main requirements:

Be based in or around Redmond (WA). Our office is located in 14980 NE 31st Way Suite 100 Redmond, WA 98052
Be able to attend the onsite screening and be available to work remotely for the duration of the project afterwards.
Be at least 18 years of age
Own and use a personal iPhone XS or newer.
Ideally, you also have a smart watch, although this is not compulsory.
Have sufficiently fast Wi-Fi connection at home (20 Mbps download and 2Mbps upload speed)
Take a survey in order to be considered.

Duration of the project: approx 60 days

Compensation:

You will be paid up to a total of $500 if you complete your participation in this Study.
You will be paid for the tasks completed, according to the following schedule:

$50 for completing the On-Site Intake Session
$225 for completing the At-Home (Live-On) Study Session
$225 for completing compliance tasks

Payments may only be made to U.S. citizens, resident aliens, and those who are in a status that allows them to receive a taxable payment from a U.S. payer. You may need to provide your Social Security number to receive payment.

You will receive the compensation that you are eligible for at the end of your participation in the Study, after you have returned all the Study Devices and accessories provided to you. If you do NOT Complete the entire Study, you will be paid for each Study visit you complete.
