Description:

We’re looking for NLP/ML Coding Domain-expert Authors who will:

  • Create accurate and well-informed responses to prompts to train a Chatbot.
  • Craft conversational interactions that feel natural, not robotic.
  • Search the internet to make sure that conversation data is always up-to-date and correct.
  • Ensure that their authored responses are not just smart, but also ethical and respectful.
  • Build conversations that customers and/or advisors can connect with the response when they interact with the bot.
  • Build conversation flows to include disambiguation questions that will lead to a correct response.

 

Purpose:

Author high-quality responses written in the tone of an AI assistant that are helpful, truthful and harmless, with the purpose of training a chatbot to service its users well.

Main requirements:

  • Proficient in English: the working and authoring language is EN and the output is expected to be error free.
  • Structured, analytical thinker.
  • This role requires creativity, empathy, and a deep understanding of the domain and target audience requirements.
  • Have university degree + proven working experience for the requested fields: NLP/ML Coding
  • Can work at least 4 hours per day.
  • Must complete and pass required Certifications.
