Description:

During this Annotation project, participants will select and correct transcriptions of Egyptian Arabic sentences into the Latin alphabet, following instructions and guidelines that the team will provide.

Purpose:

Thanks to this project, we will help improve language models focused on accurately transcribing Egyptian Arabic phrases.

Main requirements:

Must be a native speaker of Egyptian Arabic. No other variants of Arabic will be considered at the moment.
Must have previous experience in annotation tasks.
Must be familiar and experience with the Latin alphabet. Although the language of the sentences is Arabic, they are written using the Latin alphabet.
Preferably, must have a linguistic or phonetic background.

Other important information:

The team will provide instructions and guidelines for a successful completion of the task.
This project is aimed at natives of Egyptian Arabic. Please, do not apply if you are not a native speaker of this particular locale.
